The company commenced its journey by partnering with "Fletcher Living Residential Housing" in West Auckland, showcasing a commitment to excellence from the outset.
Expansion and Diversification
The company expanded its capabilities by venturing into steel framing construction, collaborating with esteemed entities like "Golden Homes." This strategic diversification laid the foundation for entering the commercial market with significant contributions to "Ryman Healthcare Construction" for approximately one year. This pivotal period not only showcased our prowess in the commercial realm but also bolstered our financial capacity to transition into a main contractor for our own projects.
Strategic Partnership with APS Complete Property Services
In mid-2018, REZ1 Construction entered into a crucial partnership with APS Complete Property Services. This collaboration provided invaluable insights into various maintenance jobs, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of our subcontractors over the past six years.
